With a 31 year career in New Car Dealerships, Jim has served as a Technician, Team Leader, Shop Foreman, Service Manager, Collision Center Manager, Collision Center Director and Fixed Operations Director for domestic and import dealers alike, all for only two organizations.


Based in Florida, Jim is a thoughtful and articulate speaker who can relate to all of your Dealership's staff from the Owner/General Manager, to the Technicians, to the Porters. With an extremely broad background in Fixed Operations, Jim specializes in Collision Center Management Training & Collision Center Process Implementation, Estimating Training, and Pricing Structures. He is well known for his candor and integrity.
