Since our founding in 2005, ATI has been contracted over and over for our real-world facilitation.

Although, we develop and deliver our own content, we also deliver manufacturer's developed content. As experienced Automotive Fixed Operations Facilitators / Instructors / Trainers, manufacturer's choose ATI not only for our experience in Facilitating but more so because their target audience (Service & Parts Managers, Service Advisors and Service Personnel) love that we actually incorporate their real-world challenges and structures into the delivery of the content. 

We aren't 'Book-Trainers' as they say. We take the often unclear of how-to-implement material so often an overlooked characteristic of content developed by entities that have never worked in a dealership and deliver the content and material in such a way that the Participants leave our classes, not only motivated, but motivated with the knowledge and understanding of how to actually implement the lessons/content in the real-world environment of their own dealerships.
